This policy explains what information Water Valley Water Park collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately simple, because we collect very little.
1. Information You Give Us
We only receive personal information when you choose to send it through one of our forms:
- Contact form — your name, email address, phone number (optional), selected subject and your message.
- Booking notification form — your name, email address, phone number and the ticket type you are interested in, so we can inform you when online booking launches.
We do not ask for and do not want you to send sensitive information such as passwords, card numbers, bank details or identity document numbers through this website.
2. Information Collected Automatically
- Our web server keeps standard access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time of the request. These are used for security and to diagnose technical problems.
- This site uses a session cookie, which is required for security (protecting our forms against cross-site request forgery). It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
- We load fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map on our contact page. When these load, your browser contacts Google's servers, and Google may collect data according to its own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your enquiry or feedback.
- To notify you when online ticket booking becomes available, if you asked us to.
- To keep our website secure and working correctly.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
4. Who Can See Your Information
- Messages submitted through this website are visible only to authorised staff of Water Valley Water Park through our password-protected admin panel.
- We may share information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of our visitors or staff.
- Our website and database are hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which stores this data on our behalf.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry messages and booking-notification sign-ups only as long as needed for the purpose they were given, and remove them when they are no longer required. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
6. Your Choices
You may contact us to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, or to remove you from the booking-notification list.

7. Children
This website is intended for use by adults planning a visit. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this website, including protected admin access and validation of form submissions. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Beware of Fraud
We currently sell tickets only at the park counter. We will never ask you for card details, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank information over the phone, on WhatsApp, or through this website. If someone requests payment claiming to represent us, please do not pay, and report it to us at 6202584955.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
